    We never process Data relating to your racial or ethnic origins, your political opinions, your religion, your philosophical convictions or union membership, your genetic data or your sex life or sexual orientation.

    c. to serve our legitimate interests;
    d. for recruitment purposes*.
    The recipients of your Data are exclusively Dexia staff members (or if necessary those of processors). Such processing may involve the communication or exchange of data among certain entities of Dexia Group, as well as our processors. This may involve processing outside the European Union (United States, India).
    * If you apply for a job, then additional personal data may be collected:
  • identification data (e.g. name, identity card and passport number, nationality, place and date of birth, photograph, IP address);
  • contact details (e.g. postal and email address, telephone number);
  • family situation (e.g. civil status, number of children); 
  • tax details (e.g. country of residence); 
  • information relating to your education and previous employment (e.g. level of studies, job, name of employer).

    Non-communication of personal data for commercial purposes

    Your personal data will not be disclosed to commercial or advertising companies.
    When your personal data is processed by processors (service providers), Dexia will ensure that such processors will respect the same requirements as those described in this policy.

    Period of data retention

    The collected data is only retained for the period necessary for completing the formalities described above, within prescription limits, and in observance of the legislative and regulatory provisions in force.

    Your rights

    In accordance with the GDPR, you may:
  • access all of your Data,
  • correct or update your Data,
  • request the deletion of your Data or object to the manner in which it is processed on legitimate grounds,
  • request the portability of your Data, for processing relying on your consent or on the execution of a contract,
